Job Description

The company is actively recruiting talented professionals for the role of Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate at its world-class development center in Bangalore, India. This role is an excellent launchpad for engineering graduates and postgraduates with 1 to 2 years of experience in software testing, automated scripts, and test optimization. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and design documents to draft comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
  • Script Execution: Develop, execute, and monitor automated and manual test scripts to verify the functionality, reliability, and security of enterprise products.
  • Functional & Regression Cycles: Run continuous regression suites across different product modules to ensure changes do not break existing configurations.
  • Defect Management: Detect, isolate, and log software discrepancies in Jira, providing accurate and timely reports to development leads.
  • Cross-Team Engagement: Work closely with product owners, developers, and global stakeholders to ensure deliverables match Infor's strict software standards.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is highly required. Candidates holding a Master's degree in Computer Science will find this to be an added advantage.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years of core software testing experience.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Experience in multiple testing areas, including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and basic Performance testing
  • Strong manual testing foundations
  • Preferred exposure to automation tools such as Playwright and Amazon Kiro, backed by intermediate programming experience in Python. Knowledge of VBScript or Java is an added plus
  • Experience utilizing Git for code and script management
  • Foundational experience performing REST API verification using tools like Postman
  • Comfortable working with SQL, HTML, and web-based application environments
  • Professional knowledge of logging, reporting, and tracking software defects accurately through Jira
