Job Description
This role is suitable for graduates who want to begin a career in recruitment, talent acquisition and staffing. The selected candidates will receive training in US recruitment and staffing while working with sourcing platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines. Candidates should have excellent English communication, good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work in the US shift/night shift.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills and experience.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BCA, B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc).
Experience: Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work in the US shift/night shift
- Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes (Preferred)
- Exposure to LinkedIn, Naukri or other candidate sourcing platforms (Preferred)
- Strong learning attitude (Preferred)
- Positive mindset and willingness to develop recruitment skills (Preferred)
