Job Description
QuEST Global is conducting an Off Campus Drive 2026 for a US Recruiter role in Bangalore, open to freshers with a Bachelor’s degree (BCA, B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc). This opportunity is for graduates interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing. Selected candidates will receive training in US recruitment, working with sourcing platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Essential skills include excellent English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to work US shift/night shift hours. Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Resume Review: Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Initial Screening: Conduct initial screening and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Follow-up: Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BCA, B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc).
Experience: Freshers.
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work in the US shift/night shift
- Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes (preferred)
- Exposure to LinkedIn, Naukri or other candidate sourcing platforms (preferred)
- Strong learning attitude (preferred)
