Job Description
QuEST Global Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring freshers for the US Recruiter role in Bangalore. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as BCA, B.E/B.Tech or B.Sc can apply for this fresher recruitment opportunity. The role is suitable for graduates who want to begin a career in recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing. Selected candidates will receive training in US recruitment and staffing while working with sourcing platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Candidates should have excellent English communication, good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work in the US shift/night shift.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Resume Review: Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow-up: Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BCA, B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc).
Experience: Freshers. Prior recruitment experience is not required.
