QuEST Global Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring freshers for the US Recruiter role in Bangalore. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as BCA, B.E/B.Tech or B.Sc can apply for this fresher recruitment opportunity. The role is suitable for graduates who want to begin a career in recruitment, talent acquisition and staffing. The selected candidates will receive training in US recruitment and staffing while working with sourcing platforms, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines. Candidates should have excellent English communication, good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work in the US shift/night shift. The work schedule is 5 days working, in US shift/night shift.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Resume Review: Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Initial Screening: Conduct initial screening and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills and experience.
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow-up: Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BCA, B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc)
Experience: Fresh graduates eligible to apply. Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes and exposure to LinkedIn, Naukri or other candidate sourcing platforms is preferred.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- MS Office applications (Basic knowledge)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work in the US shift/night shift
