Job Description
As a US Recruiter (Fresher), you will learn and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for QuEST Global's US clients, sourcing and onboarding top technical talent.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, networking, and employee referrals.
- Resume Review: Review engineering and IT resumes to shortlist candidates matching client project requirements.
- Initial Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical abilities, communication skills, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between technical panel managers and candidates across US time zones.
- Record Keeping: Maintain candidate records and tracking status within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Talent Pipeline: Build and nurture an active talent pipeline for recurring engineering position requirements.
- Follow-up: Follow up with prospective candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Compliance Learning: Learn US employment laws, visa types (H1B, Green Card, OPT, CPT), and US hiring standards.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Graduates from 2025 or 2026 batches holding B.E, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, or MBA degrees. Candidates with an MBA in Human Resources (HR) are highly preferred.
Experience: Freshers
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- High learning agility and ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude and complete willingness to work in US Shift / Night Shift timings.
- Familiarity with job portals or prior HR internship experience is an added advantage.
