Job Description
Rapido is offering a Product Internship 2026 opportunity on its Captain Team in Bangalore. The Captain Team is responsible for the experience of Rapido's drivers, including areas such as earnings, engagement, onboarding, and their day-to-day experience on the platform. Interns are expected to understand problems directly from Rapido's Captains, identify opportunities using data and insights, and then work on product solutions that can affect the real-world experience of drivers. The role combines user research, product thinking, data analysis, experimentation, stakeholder management, and AI-assisted product development. Interns will work with Product, Data, Design, and Operations teams, taking ownership of product problems from identification through solution development. The internship is full-time, in-office in Bangalore for six months, starting immediately.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Talk to Rapido Captains: Speak directly with Captains to understand their real-world experiences and problems through user research.
- Identify Product Opportunities: Use data and user insights to identify opportunities for improving the Captain experience.
- Solve Product Problems End to End: Take ownership of product problems from understanding the issue through defining, designing, and working toward a solution.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, Data, Design, and Operations teams to understand problems, develop solutions, and execute product initiatives.
- Experiment with AI Tools: Experiment with AI tools to work faster and smarter, exploring how AI can support research, analysis, prototyping, documentation, and other product workflows.
