Job Description
Rapido is offering a Product Internship 2026 on its Captain Team in Bangalore. This unique role focuses on improving the experience of Rapido's drivers (Captains) across earnings, engagement, and onboarding. Interns will engage directly with Captains to understand problems, identify product opportunities using data and insights, and develop solutions. The role combines user research, product thinking, data analysis, experimentation, stakeholder management, and AI-assisted product development. Interns will collaborate with Product, Data, Design, and Operations teams, taking ownership of product problems from identification to solution. Strong structured thinking, problem-solving skills, curiosity about users, attention to detail, and ownership are key. The internship is full-time, in-office for six months, starting immediately. No specific degree or batch is specified.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Talk to Rapido Captains: Speak directly with Captains to understand their real-world experiences and problems, gaining insights not visible from data alone.
- Identify Product Opportunities: Use data and user insights to identify opportunities for improving the Captain experience.
- Solve Product Problems End to End: Take ownership of product problems from understanding the issue through defining, designing, and working toward a solution.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, Data, Design, and Operations teams to understand problems, develop solutions, and execute product initiatives.
- Experiment with AI Tools: Experiment with AI tools to work faster and smarter, exploring how AI can support research, analysis, prototyping, and documentation.
