Job Description

For the S&P Global Internship 2026 program, the company is hiring interns for multiple high-impact roles. Candidates will be aligned to specific domains based on their skills and interview performance. The available domains include: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) / QA, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, IT Service Management (ITSM) with Agentic AI, and Business Technical Support. The internship offers a "Best in Industry" stipend and a chance to convert into a full-time role based on performance. You will work in a collaborative environment, learning from industry experts and contributing to mission-critical projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development & Testing: Write clean code, develop test scripts, and automate workflows (for SDET/AI roles).
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions (for Data Science roles).
  • Innovation: Explore new technologies like Agentic AI to improve service efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Learning: Participate in training sessions, hackathons, and mentorship programs to upskill yourself.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.

Experience: N/A (Internship for 2026 or 2027 graduating students).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or C++.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and Database concepts.
  • Familiarity with Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

Competencies:

  • AI/Data Science: Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, Pandas, NumPy, or GenAI concepts.
  • SDET: Knowledge of Selenium, JUnit, or Automation Testing basics.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
