Job Description
S&P Global has announced its off-campus recruitment drive for the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches. They are currently seeking highly motivated young graduates and postgraduates across any degree stream to join their 12-month Apprentice program in Gurgaon. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to partner with industry experts, gain on-the-job experience, and build a strong foundation in the financial data and analytics space. The S&P Global apprenticeship is a dedicated skill training program governed by The Apprenticeship Act, 1961 (India). It offers selected individuals the unique chance to partner with industry experts through structured on-the-job experience. The program focuses on high-impact work that allows you to apply and rapidly develop your operational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analysis: Gather and analyze business and regulatory requirements to inform product development and structural enhancements.
- Translation: Translate complex client needs into clear, actionable specifications for both engineering and product teams.
- Implementation Support: Support the implementation of automated reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate actively with stakeholders to optimize daily workflows and improve data quality across integrated platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support and knowledge training to clients, ensuring successful system adoption and satisfaction.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Open to young, fresh graduates and postgraduates specifically from the 2025 and 2026 passing-out batches.
Experience: Freshers.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Foundational understanding of the trade lifecycle for major financial asset classes across securities, exchange-traded, and OTC derivatives.
- Understanding of and general experience in regulatory reporting architectures.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is highly desirable.
