Job Description
For the S&P Global Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Product Consultant within the Capital IQ Client Services Team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around delivering the best client experience while providing support and finance-related research to global institutional clients. You will act as the client’s advocate, partnering with them to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are maximizing the product's potential. This role bridges the gap between the end-user and the product teams, requiring you to critically analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Experience: Deliver first-class support and finance-related research to a diverse client base across global financial institutions, government organizations, and universities.
- Client Advocacy: Be the client’s advocate in getting the best possible solution to their inquiries, ensuring full resolution and optimized product usage.
- Feedback Channel: Act as a conduit for client feedback. Coordinate with Content and Product Management teams to resolve inquiries and improve data accuracy.
- Market Relevance: Echo clients’ ideas and feedback to internal teams to ensure the product remains substantial and highly relevant to the market.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance. ACCA Finalists or Affiliates are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience: Freshers are eligible.
Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of finance, the financial market, and S&P Global's operations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Adaptability to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to lead projects, accept constructive feedback, and take on stretch assignments.
