Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain deployment pipelines and release plans using CI/CD tools.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate the Salesforce development and release process.
  • Resolve issues related to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket) and Salesforce deployments.
  • Ensure security measures and best practices are in place for all systems.
  • Facilitate communication between development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Implement tools to ensure the health and performance of Salesforce applications (Dynatrace).
  • Maintain documentation for DevOps processes, configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, or Business.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, specifically working with the Salesforce Cloud platform.
  • Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and SonarQube.
  • Familiarity with AWS and Docker (Container Orchestration).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Python for automation.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Configuration, Apex Code, LWC, and Aura components is a plus.
