Job Description
For the Salesforce Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking an Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS) . In this role, you will work with a group of world-class engineers to build breakthrough features that customers will love. You will serve as a core software engineer, encompassing architecture, design, implementation, and testing to ensure the platform remains stable and scalable. You will master the development process, culture, and codebase, and then contribute to improving it. This role requires working closely with product managers and UX experts to build new features for the trusted Salesforce platform.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Development: Architecting, designing, implementing, testing, and delivering highly scalable products.
- Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, product managers, and UX experts to build new features.
- Testing & Automation: Developing test strategies, designing automation frameworks, and writing unit/functional tests.
- Code Quality: Driving up code coverage and automation metrics while mastering the codebase.
- Operational Excellence: Using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence.
- Stability: Ensuring the trusted platform remains stable and scalable while releasing high-quality products.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech graduating in 2026. Specialization: Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent fields with a CS specialization.
Experience: Minimum 7 CGPA with no active backlogs .
