Job Description
For the Salesforce Recruitment 2026 drive, the Resource Management (ROM) team is looking for a data-driven professional to support the continuous delivery of reliable data within internal systems. Your primary role will be to enable Resource Managers to work more efficiently and significantly reduce the time-to-staff across the organization. You will act as a process advocate, evaluating process efficiency and recommending enhancements to streamline data entry. You will hold stakeholders accountable for maintaining data hygiene standards, preventing team burnout through effective utilization tracking, and driving global consistency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Data Integrity & Accountability: Maintain accountability standards for data integrity by ensuring stakeholder compliance with established protocols and system requirements.
- Capacity Coordination & Utilization Tracking: Regularly sync with Project Managers (PMs) to understand team bandwidth. Minimize "bench time" (unassigned staff) and prevent burnout (over-assigned staff).
- Process Enhancement & Advocacy: Analyze current workflows to identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions. Act as the "go-to" person when rolling out new operational workflows.
- Reporting & Compliance: Generate weekly status reports to flag missing assignments, "Ghost Assignments," or "Expired Assignments," ensuring leadership makes decisions based on accurate data.
- Documentation & Training: Create "light-touch" documentation (checklists, short videos, 1-pagers) to make it easy for teams to follow Resource Management protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster partnerships, manage up and sideways, and communicate effectively to obtain necessary information from busy senior leaders.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Must have overall work experience ranging strictly from 12 months to 24 months (1 – 2 Years).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong systems thinking capabilities (e.g., understanding how an opportunity triggers a resource assignment)
- Experience in change management, process adoption, and continuous improvement
Competencies:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to data accuracy
- Professional communication skills with the ability to "manage up" and "manage sideways"
