Job Description
Salesforce is recruiting for its Summer 2027 Intern – Software Engineer AMTS role in Bangalore and Hyderabad, targeting B.E/B.Tech students graduating in 2028. Interns will join an active Scrum team, contributing to cloud services, automated testing suites, and Agentforce AI CRM capabilities. This Futureforce program offers real-world engineering projects, mentorship, and talent development, allowing interns to design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance software products for enterprise-scale distributed systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Agile Development: Operate in an Agile work environment to design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance software products.
- Code Development: Collaborate with senior developers to write optimized code for integration into upcoming Salesforce platform releases.
- Resilient Solutions: Build resilient solutions for distributed systems operating at enterprise scale and speed.
- Testing Infrastructure: Enhance automated testing suites and contribute to scalable testing infrastructure.
- Monitoring Tools: Develop real-time monitoring tools and operational frameworks for cloud services in production.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Enrolled in a college/university pursuing a B.E / B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuit Branches (ECE, EEE, etc.). Graduation Batch: Must be graduating in the year 2028 (Class of 2028).

Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Coding Proficiency: Practical coding proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Competencies:
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and abstract reasoning abilities.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter attitude with clear written and verbal technical communication skills.
- Desired / Bonus Skills: Exposure to web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Coursework or hands-on experience with SQL and relational database management concepts.
