Job Description & Program Benefits
As a Scholar Trainee, you will work on live projects at Wipro, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies. Simultaneously, you will attend weekend classes (virtual or physical) to complete your M.Tech degree.
This program is designed to build the next generation of IT leaders by combining theoretical knowledge with practical application. You will receive a monthly stipend that increases every year during the training period.
Stipend Breakdown
The program offers a progressive financial package over the years:
- 1st Year: INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) per month + Joining Bonus of INR 75,000.
- 2nd Year: INR 17,000 + 533 (ESI) per month.
- 3rd Year: INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI) per month.
- 4th Year: INR 23,000 per month.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Wipro WILP 2026, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:
- Degrees:
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application)
- B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
- Year of Passing: 2025 Batch only.
- Academic Score:
- 10th & 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above.
- Mandatory Math: Must have studied Core Mathematics as one subject during Graduation.
- Note: Business Maths & Applied Maths are NOT considered Core Mathematics.
- Gaps: Max 3 years gap allowed between 10th and graduation start. No gaps allowed during graduation.
- Backlogs: Maximum one backlog allowed at the time of online assessment (must be cleared by 6th semester).
Service Agreement
Selected candidates are required to sign a training agreement for 60 months (5 Years) upon joining. You will be liable to pay INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis if you leave the organization before the agreement ends.
Selection Process
The selection process for Wipro WILP typically includes:
- Online Assessment (80 Mins):
- Verbal Ability (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Analytical Ability (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Quantitative Ability (20 mins, 20 questions)
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
- Voice Assessment: Checking communication clarity.
- Business Discussion: Interview to assess technical interest and suitability.
