Job Description
For the Scoutit Recruitment 2026 drive, the client is looking for Software Engineers to produce complex and critical software rapidly. You will work across the full software lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to coding, testing, deployment, and operations. The role demands a focus on quality and value addition to the business. You will collaborate with teams to optimize software engineering capabilities, ensuring that the code you design, produce, and implement is robust and scalable.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Development: Working in permanent teams responsible for initial development, enhancement, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Coding & Design: Designing, producing, testing, and implementing working code.
- Collaboration: Collaborating to optimize software engineering capabilities.
- Value Creation: Producing complex and critical software that adds value to the business.
- Operations: Managing deployment and operations of software solutions.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (CS/IT)
Experience: Freshers are eligible.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture and integrating with databases.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated test frameworks.
- Good understanding of SQL databases and data persistence frameworks.
- Familiarity with message brokers and API gateways.
Competencies:
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and a rapid development pace.
