Job Description
For the internship, the team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to contribute to the automation testing of Android and iOS applications. The role has a strong focus on frontend (UI) testing. You will work closely with experienced SDETs to build, execute, and maintain reliable automated test suites. This role is ideal for those interested in Quality Engineering and CI/CD integration.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an SDET Intern at INDmoney, your key responsibilities will include:
- Automation: Automating Android and iOS frontend (UI) applications using mobile automation frameworks.
- Test Execution: Writing and executing automated test cases for key user journeys and UI flows.
- Validation: Performing frontend validations such as navigation, UI elements, and screen behavior.
- Debugging: Analyzing automation failures and helping to reduce flaky test cases.
- Integration: Assisting in integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
- Documentation: Maintaining automation scripts, test reports, and documentation.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Software Testing fundamentals.
- Programming basics in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
- Understanding of basic frontend concepts (UI elements, locators).
