Role 1: Service Desk Analyst
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.E, B.Tech).
- Experience: Candidates must have 6 months to 3+ years of experience in a relevant support role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, knowledge of ticketing tools, and basic hardware/networking troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for IT issues (Hardware, Software, Network).
- Manage incidents and service requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/Linux) and basic network connectivity.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
