Job Description

For the Wipro Walk-In Drive 2026, the team is looking for Service Desk Analysts to assist end users with application issues, system administration queries, and network concerns. The role involves diagnosing, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT incidents via Call, Chat, and Email.

Candidates must be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts) and working from the office 5 days a week.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Logging all interactions and documenting activities accurately in the incident management tool.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving IT incidents via call, chat, email, or walk-ins.
  • User Support: Assisting end users with application issues, system administration, and network concerns.
  • Escalation: Identifying and escalating urgent tickets requiring immediate action.
  • Communication: Handling helpdesk requests efficiently with excellent verbal and written communication.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Wipro Walk-In Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Background: Any Fresher Graduate or experienced candidate. (Note: Pursuing candidates are NOT eligible).

Experience: 0–3 years in Service Desk or Customer Support.

Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills are mandatory.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and IT support.

Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.

Documents: Must have all educational documents (Provisional + All Marks Memos) ready.
