Job Description
For the Wipro Walk-In Drive 2026, the team is looking for Service Desk Analysts to assist end users with application issues, system administration queries, and network concerns. The role involves diagnosing, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT incidents via Call, Chat, and Email.
Candidates must be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts) and working from the office 5 days a week.
