Job Description
For the CSC Internship 2026 program, the primary role is to assist in servicing the IT support needs of end-users and clients. You will provide both onsite and remote support under the guidance of experienced team members. This role is a stepping stone for your dream job in IT. You will handle a variety of support tickets, help prepare reports, and participate in brainstorming sessions. The role demands a logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to cope with rapidly changing circumstances.
Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Intern at CSC, your key responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support: Assisting in providing support to internal and external teams for tech/operational queries.
- Admin Support: Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks and preparing documentation.
