Job Description:
For the Movate Technologies Walk-in Drive 2026, the company is looking for candidates to provide comprehensive remote support across major operating systems like Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and Chrome OS. The role requires handling user issues via defined guidelines and ensuring accurate support.
Responsibilities:
- Providing remote support for Chrome OS, Mac OS, Windows, and Linux.
- Following documented procedures to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Delivering support for G Suite applications (Installation & Usage).
- Escalating complex issues to SMEs/Leads when necessary.
- Assisting users with Access and Account-related issues.
- Communicating effectively with non-technical users to explain solutions clearly.
- Participating in technical training to stay updated on tools and processes.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Background: BCA, B.Sc (CS, IT, AIDS), M.Sc (CS, IT, AIDS), MCA, or B.Com (CS).
- Experience: 0 to 6 months of relevant work experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
