Job Description
The candidate will be part of the Fund Valuation Services (FVS) team and will perform Work Flow Service (WFS) activities. The FVS division is primarily involved in the NAV Calculation of mutual funds and index funds for the European region. You will deal with daily valuations across a wide range of investment products, including Equities, Fixed Income instruments, Money Market instruments, Futures, Options, CDS, IRS, and OTC FX Options. The candidate is responsible for accurate and timely delivery across all fund types in accordance with industry and client standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Trade Processing: Process trades, settlements, and Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions accurately.
- Fund Operations: Process Subscriptions, Redemptions, and Corporate Actions. Validate their impact and subsequent changes in market value.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile cash positions, investment positions, and market values daily.
- Anomaly Resolution: Analyze, justify, and resolve all anomalies on Pre-NAV controls. Identify problems and provide immediate resolutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Interact and have regular communication with onsite partners for clarifications. Respond promptly and effectively to client requests.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to defined procedures, time schedules, and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Organize workload effectively, work closely with superiors on various projects, and proactively identify ways to improve core procedures.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Any Degree qualification. Candidates possessing a B.E/B.Tech in relevant fields with a strong aptitude for finance and analytics are also eligible.
Experience: Freshers are eligible.
