Job Description

This opening is structured for entry-level graduates and early-career software professionals with 0 to 3 years of experience. Candidates holding degrees such as B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, or BCA are eligible to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Software Applications Management: Write clean, efficient code to construct and refine applications meeting technical specifications and business criteria.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure high application uptime and system stability.
  • Full Lifecycle Involvement: Contribute across requirements gathering, architectural design, development, automated testing, and software deployment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, and DevOps teams.
  • Documentation & Maintenance: Create and maintain thorough technical documentation and production runbooks, keeping them regularly updated.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with evolving frameworks, cloud tools, and development practices to drive continuous system improvement.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related streams (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA).

Experience: 0 to 3 years of software development experience (Freshers are eligible).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Good understanding of core software development lifecycles (SDLC), object-oriented programming, and clean code standards
  • Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and version control systems like Git
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Node.js

Competencies:

  • Good verbal and written collaboration skills to interface with cross-functional stakeholders
