Job Description

This role is ideal for B.E/B.Tech engineering graduates with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Windows desktop application development, C# .NET, WinForms, and WPF.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development & Maintenance: Designing, developing, and maintaining Windows desktop applications using C# .NET, WinForms, and WPF frameworks.
  • Software Design: Applying Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) to build reliable software solutions.
  • Feature Building & Testing: Building and testing feature modules within structured, process-oriented software development lifecycles.
  • Debugging & Fixing: Diagnosing bugs, identifying root causes, and delivering effective code fixes while evaluating system impact.
  • Agile Collaboration: Collaborating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to complete planned deliverables on schedule.
  • Communication: Communicating project progress, technical risks, and solutions clearly to team leadership and cross-functional peers.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related engineering streams.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional software design and development experience within a process-oriented software organization.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis, diagnose complex defects, and implement verified fixes
  • Direct experience building Windows desktop applications using WinForms and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum team environments
  • Solid understanding and practical experience developing applications using C# and the .NET platform
  • Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles to write modular, maintainable, and scalable code
