Job Description

As a graduate engineer at Zyphra Tech Solutions, you will contribute across full-stack applications to build, evaluate, and scale software systems under agile workflows. Your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable application platforms based on user feedback, and writing clean, well-structured, and reusable software scripts. You will collaborate smoothly with cross-functional departments, thoroughly debug, test, patch, and optimize live software scripts, and participate dynamically in both frontend visual layouts and backend operational servers. Additionally, you will actively engage in comprehensive code review cycles to continuously uplift internal engineering standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Application Development: Design, develop, and smoothly maintain high-performance and scalable application platforms based on user feedback.
  • Clean Code Architecture: Write clean, well-structured, highly readable, and easily reusable software scripts.
  • Team Synergy: Collaborate smoothly with cross-functional departments, including UI/UX design, product management, and QA verification teams.
  • Performance Optimization: Thoroughly debug, test, patch, and optimize live software scripts to maximize database delivery speeds.
  • Full Stack Engineering: Participate dynamically in both frontend visual layouts and backend operational servers based on current enterprise client needs.
  • Standards Advancement: Participate actively in comprehensive code review cycles to continuously uplift internal engineering standards.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, or an allied engineering specialization.

Experience: 0 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Solid foundational knowledge in modern core languages like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
  • Strong, clear understanding of fundamental Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
  • General familiarity with foundational UI technologies including HTML, CSS, standard JavaScript, and responsive layouts
  • Elementary understanding of relational databases (SQL) or NoSQL data stores alongside Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) models

Competencies:

  • Preferred (Optional Assets): Prior exposure to frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot; experience using Git version control; or foundational cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly advantageous.
