Responsibilities

  • Set up, write, and maintain test automation frameworks for Desktop, API, Mobile, and Web platforms.
  • Understand project documents and customer use-cases to create and execute test cases.
  • Troubleshoot software problems and analyze software systems to enhance overall design.
  • Work with deployment teams, coordinate on product design, and offer inputs on testability.
  • Update defect tracking systems and manage the final quality on production releases.
  • Research new test tools (like pytest, Winium) and upgrade existing practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc).
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Software Testing/Development.
  • Excellent designing and programming skills in Java or Python.
  • Experience with Test Automation Frameworks; knowledge of Winium, pytest, and Python is a plus.
  • Ability to recognize risks/errors in applications and strong fundamental knowledge of Software Engineering.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
