Job Description

For the S & P Global Recruitment 2026 drive, the Quality Engineering team is looking for an SDET to play a vital role in developing and testing solutions across Web, API, and Services platforms. You will work in an Agile environment to minimize “time to market” while maintaining high standards.

Your primary focus will be on Salesforce RCA (Quoting, Contracts) and RCB (Billing, Invoicing) testing. You will leverage automation tools like Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and even apply Generative AI techniques to enhance testing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

As an SDET at S & P Global, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Test Design & Execution: Designing and executing manual test cases for Salesforce RCA, RCB, and Agentforce AI interactions.
  • Automation: Assisting in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using the Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) platform.
  • Defect Management: Performing troubleshooting on failing scripts and tracking defects using tools like ADO and Jira.
  • Data Validation: Validating data integrity post-transaction and executing tests for Agentforce use cases.
  • Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for S & P Global Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance (preferably in Fintech).
  • Mandatory Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform (Admin concepts, data model).
    • Familiarity with Test Automation concepts.
    • Strong willingness to learn Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
    • Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Generative AI tools in testing.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
