Job Description
For the Capgemini Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is looking for candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As part of the Exceller program, you will contribute to global business and technology teams responsible for developing and delivering innovative technology offerings.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and maintaining basic modules based on functional and system requirements. The role requires flexibility to work in any Capgemini city location and travel as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at Capgemini, your key responsibilities will include:
- Development: Designing, developing, and modifying software modules based on functional requirements.
- Collaboration: Working with global teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
- Testing & Deployment: Exposure to configuration management, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Code Review: Reviewing complex code bases written by others (for Senior Analyst roles).
- Emerging Tech: Researching and utilizing new and emerging technologies to meet customer requirements.
- Initiative: Working independently and managing a variety of activities concurrently.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Capgemini Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:
- Eligible Streams:
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech: All specializations/branches are eligible.
- MCA / M.Sc: Only Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) specializations.
- Academic Record: Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and Graduation/Post-Graduation.
- Backlogs: No active backlogs at the time of the selection process.
- Gap: Not more than 1 year of gap in education is allowed (post 10th standard).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to any Capgemini location across India.
