Job Description: Graduate IMPACT Program
For the S&P Global Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking freshers for its IMPACT Graduate Program. This 18-month program is designed to fuel your passion for solving real-life challenges. It consists of three six-month rotations (3×6) across different departments such as Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Cloud Engineering, and DevOps.
Participants will gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and paradigms, broadening their knowledge and providing a stimulating environment. Upon successful completion, participants can transition into diverse roles based on their strengths and business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer at S&P Global, your key responsibilities will include:
- Solution Delivery: Developing and delivering solutions and core software products.
- Design Implementation: Turning change requests into technical designs and implementations that enhance functionality.
- Architecture Improvement: Continuously improving aspects of the core product architecture.
- Production Support: Ensuring delivery into production with a focus on performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Building strong working relationships in a collaborative setting and participating in pair programming/code reviews.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for S&P Global Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another analytical/technical subject.
- Passing Year: Candidates must be from the 2026 Batch.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms and Coding.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
- Familiarity with Database concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Shift Requirement: Willingness to work in a 24*5 rotational shift environment.
- Learning Agility: Aptitude to learn and adapt quickly to new technical concepts and frameworks.
