Job Description
For the HPE Recruitment 2026 drive, the company is seeking a Software Engineer to analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements. You will work on products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs. This role allows you to work as a member of a project team to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for coding, testing, and maintaining software applications while collaborating with internal and outsourced development partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coding: Coding and programming enhancements, updates, and changes for subsystems of end-user applications.
- Testing: Executing established test plans and protocols; identifying, logging, and debugging assigned issues.
- Collaboration: Developing relationships with internal and outsourced development partners.
- Full Stack Development: Utilizing understanding of full-stack development fundamentals to build solutions.
- Documentation: Completing documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- Design: Contributing to design thinking and user experience (UX) improvements.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of testing, coding, and debugging procedures
- Familiarity with Full Stack Development concepts
