Job Description

For the Poshmark Internship drive, the engineering team is seeking a versatile self-starter to dive into multiple initiatives. As an Android Intern, you will work on Poshmark’s rapidly growing multiplatform social fashion marketplace.

You will be mentored by experienced engineers and will get the opportunity to implement code that runs in production at scale. This role is designed to give you exposure to a range of development techniques, from UI/UX design to backend integration using Kotlin and Java.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer Intern (Android) at Poshmark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Feature Development: Developing product features that delight the Poshmark community using Android Studio.
  • Collaboration: Working with product and design teams to understand and iterate on feature requirements.
  • Code Quality: Writing high-quality, maintainable code and test cases (Unit/UI tests).
  • Skill Building: Learning best practices, design patterns (MVVM/MVP), and Poshmark’s tech stack.
  • Tech Stack: Gaining hands-on experience in Android app development using Kotlin, Java, and Dagger.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Poshmark Internship drive, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields (2026 Batch).
  • Mandatory Technical Skills:
    • Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms.
