Job Description
You will play a meaningful role in ensuring the flawless execution of Micron's projects by applying your expertise in Information Technology and Project Management. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions drive innovation. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining PMO processes, implementing IT delivery models and enterprise governance structures, and building data analytics and reports using tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). You will also configure and manage SharePoint sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technology projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process Governance: Develop and maintain PMO processes, including portfolio, program, and project governance.
- IT Delivery: Implement IT delivery models and enterprise governance structures.
- Data & Reporting: Build data analytics and reports using tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- SharePoint Management: Configure and manage SharePoint sites, including document libraries, permissions, and internal workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both Onshore and Offshore, to ensure the successful implementation of technology projects.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in query and scripting languages such as SQL, Snowflake, and PowerShell
- Experience with data analysis, reporting software, and maintaining internal IT data integrity
Competencies:
- Project Management: Foundational understanding of PMO processes and enterprise project methodologies.
- Preferred Expertise: Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project Operations), Microsoft Power Platform tools, Agile frameworks, and AI/GenAI tools for productivity.
