Job Description
For the Keysight Technologies Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join the R&D division. You will be responsible for testing PCIe protocol analyzer and exerciser products through both manual and automated testing methods. This is a hybrid role requiring both software proficiency and hardware understanding. You will work closely with Product Architects, FPGA Engineers, and Solution Teams in Germany and the US to develop and improve new product offerings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Test Automation: Designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests for protocol analyzers and exercisers using C# and Python.
- Product Testing: Executing manual and automated testing for PCIe protocol products to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Collaboration: Working with R&D Project Managers, FPGA Engineers, and global teams (US/Germany) to execute projects.
- Agile Environment: Working effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and participating in CI/CD pipelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively learning new technologies and contributing to the advancement of PCIe solutions.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Experience: 0 to 4 years of proven experience in software quality assurance (focus on electronics measurement instruments is a plus).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C# and Python for test automation.
- Solid understanding of Electronics Concepts.
- Experience with manual testing principles and methodologies.
