Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer in the Specialist Programmer or DSE track, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of software products. You will design scalable backend architectures, create responsive front-end interfaces, and ensure seamless integration between the two. The role requires a strong grip on Data Structures, Algorithms (DSA), and various design patterns. You will participate in intensive training at the Infosys Global Education Center in Mysore, where you will be exposed to real-world agile development practices. For L3 and L2 roles, there is a higher emphasis on complex problem-solving and architectural design in distributed systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Development: End-to-end development of software products, designing scalable backend architectures, creating responsive front-end interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration.
- Coding: Writing high-performance code.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting peer code reviews and automating testing processes.
- Problem Solving: For L3 and L2 roles, complex problem-solving and architectural design in distributed systems.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Graduating Batch: 2024 and 2025 only. Eligible Degrees: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (5-Year Integrated). Eligible Branches: Computer Science (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Information Science (ISE), AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, ECE, EEE, and all other CSE-allied domains. Academic Requirement: Consistent academic record (60% or 6.5 CGPA and above) with no active backlogs.
