Job Description
For the Sprinklr Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for Backend Engineers keen to develop massively scalable, distributed software systems. You will work on cutting-edge technologies like Mongo, ScyllaDB, Cassandra, Apache Spark, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Redis. The role demands strong programmers who can solve difficult problems and deliver results on schedule. You will participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas to technology and algorithms, and build reusable code and libraries.
Roles and Responsibilities
- System Design: Develop massively scalable, distributed software systems built on strong competencies in data structures and algorithms.
- Coding: Write reusable code and libraries for future use, focusing on emerging business requirements.
- Innovation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to technology, algorithms, and products.
- Problem Solving: Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule.
- Tech Stack: Work with technologies like Mongo, ScyllaDB, Cassandra, Spark, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and Redis.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.Tech in Computer Science from a Tier I College is mandatory.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control, and agile practices.
- Experience with distributed systems (Kafka, Redis, Cassandra) and cloud technologies (Preferred).
