Job Description
For the Stadium Off Campus Drive 2026, the team is looking for bright and curious graduates to join as Developers or QA Engineers. You will learn system architecture, workflows, and coding standards under the guidance of senior engineers. The role involves contributing to feature development across frontend, backend, or QA automation tracks. While the role is fully remote, candidates must be open to working from the office in Patel Nagar, New Delhi during the initial training period.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Contribute to frontend, backend, or QA automation tracks using clean and maintainable code.
- Collaboration: Work with Product, Design, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Agile Practices: Participate in stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and code reviews using Git and JIRA.
- Learning: Strengthen fundamentals in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and learn new frameworks proactively.
- QA Roles: Learn manual testing, automation frameworks, and quality best practices (for QA track).
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / Any Graduate. Target Batch: 2026 and 2027 Graduates only. Academic Score: Minimum 85% marks in both 10th and 12th standard is mandatory.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, JavaScript, or NodeJS.
Competencies:
- Curious mindset, clear communication, and willingness to ask questions.
