Roles and Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing system software tools, advanced system applications, cloud-based utilities, and operating system components.
- Analyzing system requirements to ensure that all developed applications meet stringent corporate quality metrics and healthcare data security standards.
- Applying professional theoretical expertise and sound judgment to independently execute tasks under structured engineering guidance.
- Supporting the rollout and monitoring of system optimizations to systematically drive scale, performance, and efficiency.
- Assisting in drafting clear, robust technical documentation, software engineering standards, guidelines, and reference procedures.
- Actively learning and adopting new internal technical frameworks, tooling, and healthcare regulatory demands under team mentorship.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must be pursuing or completed a full-time Master of Technology (M.Tech) program. Eligible Specializations: Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology, Software Engineering, or closely related technical post-graduate streams.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Core Computer Science: Thorough and strong understanding of foundational Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
- Programming Knowledge: Practical, hands-on coding literacy in languages like Java, Python, C, or C++.
