Job Description
Sutherland Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring New Campus Associates – FY'26 for full-time customer experience and support roles. The opportunity is open to 2026 passout candidates from any full-time undergraduate or postgraduate program, including Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA and MCA. The role focuses on delivering customer service through calls, email, chat and social media. Associates will resolve customer queries, meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets, follow service-level requirements and maintain data security and confidentiality. This is primarily a customer experience and business operations role rather than a software development position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Resolve customer requests and inquiries through email, chat and social media.
- Customer Support: Provide customer support through appropriate communication channels and processes.
- Query Resolution: Ensure customer questions are answered accurately and within expected timelines.
- Performance Metrics: Work toward monthly customer satisfaction and productivity goals, and achieve contact center statistics and contractual service-level metrics.
- Compliance: Follow non-disclosure agreements and data security policies.
- Training & Development: Complete required upskilling programs and e-courses, attend coaching sessions and implement feedback.
- Adherence: Maintain schedule adherence and attendance standards.
- Efficiency: Contribute positively to reducing program shrinkage.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Any Full-Time UG/PG Graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, MCA).
Experience: Freshers (2026 Passouts).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Good typing ability for handling digital customer interactions and documentation.
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Ability to understand issues, identify relevant information and determine appropriate actions (Analytical Skills).
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively (Problem-Solving).
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, coaches and supervisors (Teamwork).
- Ability to complete assigned activities while meeting service-level requirements (Time Management).
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
