Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain backup solutions (Cohesity, EMC NetWorker, Isilon).
  • Perform routine backup operations and monitor backup jobs.
  • Resolve backup failures and related incidents in a timely manner.
  • Manage data restores as requested, ensuring security and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain backup schedules, job documentation, and reports.
  • Utilize basic understanding of cloud platforms, specifically Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Participate in audits and support disaster recovery exercises.

Qualifications

  • B.E/B.Tech in a relevant field.
  • 0 to 2+ years (Freshers with relevant internship/project experience in Backup technologies are eligible).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Cohesity, EMC Isilon, and EMC NetWorker.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud computing (OCI preferred).
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
