Job Description
For the TCS AI Hiring 2026 initiative, TCS is focusing on a skill-based assessment that puts real capability at the center. Clearing the milestones will unlock pathways into high-demand domains like AI, Data, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. Applicants must have hands-on professional experience in one or more of the following technology stacks: Programming Languages: Java, Embedded C, C++, Python. Frontend & Web Development: AngularJS, ReactJS, Node.js, HTML, CSS3. Backend & Frameworks: .NET, SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP). Testing & Data: Automation Testing with Selenium, Informatica ETL.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Must have 2 to 4 years of full-time IT work experience.
Educational Background: A full-time Graduate or Postgraduate Degree recognized by AICTE or UGC. Academic Restrictions: Degrees must be obtained from a university campus (not study centres). Candidates with degrees obtained through open universities, distance education, part-time, or correspondence programs are not eligible.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
