Job Description
For the Agilitz Technologies Off Campus Drive 2026, the team is seeking extroverted, analytically strong individuals with a keen interest in software development. The internship program features intensive training followed by assignment-based assessments designed to hone your coding and database management skills. You will receive a fair and competitive monthly allowance. High performers during the internship phase will be strongly considered for full-time Software Engineering roles. Candidates are expected to have a solid grasp of foundational programming concepts and be capable of engaging effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Freshers (Year of passing must be Before 2025).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Hands-on coding knowledge in at least one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, .NET, C++, or C.
- Strong understanding of Programming Fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Database concepts.
Competencies:
- Technically inclined individuals with an extroverted personality, strong interpersonal skills, robust analytical/problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
