Job Description
The Deutsche Bank Apprentice Programme is a year-long comprehensive training program designed to provide exposure to fascinating projects and professional technical training. You will work within the Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) division, helping to modernize technology solutions, reduce complexity, and drive business growth.
Depending on your team, you will gain expertise in designing engineering solutions, providing production engineering services, or analyzing business data using frameworks like Fabric and Autobahn. You will be supported by a network of peers and mentors throughout your tenure.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Technology Apprentice at Deutsche Bank, your key responsibilities will include:
- Engineering Solutions: Designing and delivering engineering solutions for businesses and customers.
- Production Support: Working in production support environments, including incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration.
- Infrastructure: Enhancing infrastructure capabilities using standard design patterns.
- Project Coordination: Exposure to PMO functions such as project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Learning: continuously learning software engineering concepts (SDLC, OOPS, Database) and applying them to real-world problems.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Deutsche Bank Apprentice Hiring 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Target Batch: Candidates must complete their studies (all exams/coursework) by September 2025 with NO active backlogs.
- Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong grasp of Software Engineering concepts (SDLC, Algorithms, Data Structures, OS, OOPS, DBMS).
- Proficiency in Coding Concepts.
- Good problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills (English proficiency).
- Availability: Must be able to start full-time work in September 2025.
