Job Description

The team is looking for a Customer Service Representative II to provide excellent support throughout the entire service lifecycle, from initial contact through order fulfillment. You will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will handle customer inquiries, process complex orders, manage quotations, and maintain crucial customer data using enterprise software. Roles and Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Support: Provide comprehensive customer support throughout the service lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final order fulfillment.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, manage quotations, and accurately track shipments using ERP and CRM systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer data with excellent attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is precise.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Cross-Training: Participate in cross-training and support activities as needed, upholding core values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, particularly in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or multinational environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is beneficial (training will be provided).

  • Proficiency in an additional European language is highly valued.
