Job Description
Tower Research Capital is hiring for the position of AI/ML Intern in Gurgaon. Candidates pursuing or holding a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/PhD or equivalent qualification can apply. The internship is designed for candidates with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and MLOps. Applicants should also have strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Linux, SQL, Git, and Bash scripting. The selected candidate must be available for a six-month in-office internship starting January 2027. The position provides exposure to modern AI agent architectures, machine learning model development, deployment, productionization, and internal AI-powered engineering tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
- AI System Development: Work alongside experienced professionals to build and evaluate AI systems, with a focus on modern agentic AI tooling and multi-agent systems.
- Model Development: Develop machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- MLOps Implementation: Improve internal engineering workflows and contribute to production-oriented MLOps practices.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze model performance through experiments and testing, and contribute to optimizing existing models.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree, either ongoing or completed, or equivalent qualification. Strong academic background from a recognized university.
Experience: Freshers
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Availability for a six-month in-office internship beginning January 2027.
- Expertise in modern agentic AI tooling.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding assistants such as Claude Code or similar tools.
- Experience building multi-agent systems.
- Experience integrating protocols and frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agent skills.
- Experience training, building, and deploying machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL, Git, and Bash scripting.
Competencies:
- Finance-domain experience or background is a plus.
