Job Description:

For the Deloitte Recruitment 2026 drive, the company is seeking candidates for its Network Operations Center (NOC). The role involves “Eyes on Glass” monitoring to detect anomalies and ensure the stability of critical applications. You will work in a 24/7 environment, supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • 24/7 Monitoring: Using tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, and SolarWinds to detect anomalies and create actionable alerts.
  • Incident Response: Serving as an Incident Coordinator, joining bridge calls, and escalating tickets.
  • Incident Triage: Routing auto-generated tickets as per SOP and driving resolution.
  • Knowledge Management: Developing and maintaining a knowledge base to improve L1 support.
  • Automation: Identifying recurring issues and suggesting automation for remediation (“Shift Left”).
  • Reporting: Tracking KPIs such as MTTD/MTTR and generating status reports.
  • Service Coverage: Working in rotational shifts to guarantee 24x7x365 coverage.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related discipline (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA).
  • Experience Required: Trainee: 0-6 Months in IT operations/NOC/SOC. Junior Associate: 6-18 Months in IT operations/NOC/SOC.
  • Monitoring Tools: Proficiency in Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Nagios, or Datadog.
  • ITSM Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Cloud Knowledge: Experience with On-premise Data Center or Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS).
  • Scripting: Exposure to PowerShell, Python, or Bash is preferred.
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation Certification is highly preferred.
