NNE (Novo Nordisk Engineering) is inviting applications for the Trainee Engineer role in Bangalore. This 6-month intensive training program is a fantastic opportunity for Freshers (0 – 6 months experience) from diverse engineering backgrounds to build a rewarding career in pharmaceutical engineering consulting. As part of this intake, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the technical skills and industry knowledge essential for a successful career. You will participate in deep-dive training sessions covering technical aspects of biotech manufacturing, compliance, and project execution, working alongside highly skilled colleagues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Training Participation: Actively participate in specialized training sessions covering various technical aspects of pharmaceutical engineering.
- Learning & Application: Engage in an immersive learning environment, discovering and applying modern design and engineering practices; Execute hands-on pilot projects in your respective engineering area, effectively implementing your learnings.
- Mentorship: Meet regularly with your dedicated mentor/manager to discuss progress, overcome technical challenges, and refine your learning experiences.
- Industry Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, compliance protocols, and project execution lifecycles.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech). Eligible Branches: Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation, Computer Science, or Robotics & Automation.
Experience: Must be a Fresher or have a maximum of 6 months of professional experience.
