As a Trainee Process Consultant, your role is to contribute to the overall team performance and operational profitability by implementing structured action plans that maximize client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Satisfaction: Contribute to the overall team performance and operational profitability by implementing structured action plans that maximize client satisfaction.
  • Claims Processing: Process healthcare insurance claims, handle incoming queries, make outgoing calls, and execute actions in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • System Adjustments: Review, investigate, and perform system adjustments, remittance entries, or claim denials by utilizing internal policy handbooks.
  • Data Management: Input accurate consumer demographic data into the company database platform to keep customer profile records continuously updated.
  • Performance Metrics: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by executing tasks within designated Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Issue Resolution: Utilize professional standards and established internal procedures to resolve immediate customer issues or escalating queries to management when necessary.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Any Graduate qualification.

Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers Eligible).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Possess basic knowledge of Claims Administration workflows (Voice operations).
  • Experienced or proficient in managing consumer advocacy paths.
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft Excel to compile, collate, and summarize multi-layered datasets.

Competencies:

  • Exceptional customer and client interaction capabilities with a passion to manage customer escalations.
  • Good reasoning, active listening, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend process prerequisites accurately.
