Job Description

For the Movate Technologies drive, the company is looking for enthusiastic Freshers to join as Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in the IT and Customer Experience domain.

Selected candidates will undergo training and will be deployed in projects related to Digital Customer Experience (DCX) or Enterprise Product Services. The role requires handling international clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Trainee at Movate Technologies, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Support: Providing L1 support for hardware, networking, and operating system issues.
  • Customer Interaction: Handling international client queries via voice/chat/email with professionalism.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues for global customers.
  • Documentation: Documenting customer interactions and technical solutions accurately.
  • Shift Work: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) to support global time zones.
