For the Milliman Recruitment 2026 drive, the MedInsight team is seeking a motivated Trainee Software Engineer. You will gain hands-on experience working with advanced software development technologies, tools, and frameworks. This position is ideal for individuals eager to expand their technical skills in .NET, Python, and Azure. You will start under general guidance and gradually take on more responsibility, contributing to innovative healthcare analytics projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Learning: Exhibiting a proactive learning attitude during training sessions and applying knowledge to projects.
  • Development: Learning and understanding the technologies (.NET, Python, Azure) used by the development team.
  • Collaboration: Working effectively as part of a distributed global team across different time zones.
  • Execution: Initially working under guidance, then gradually handling tasks independently.
  • Alignment: Developing a comprehensive understanding of the organization's mission and goals.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Any Graduate (B.E, B.Tech, MCA) with less or no experience.

Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of programming concepts (OOPs, Data Structures).
  • Interest in learning .NET, Python, and Cloud technologies (Azure).
